Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Non-Profit Organization Coordinator to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Responsibilities 

  • Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPOs training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training
  • Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts
  • Prepare reports for NPOs on event day, preparing all security badges and credentials necessary, preparing concessions and non-profit group productivity reports after each event

Qualifications 

  • No experience or diploma required
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities, able to implement rules and direct staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic math skills
  • Skills in customer service and employee relations
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements 

  • Carry stock items up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift
