Front Desk Associate

Looking for a Guest Services/ Front Desk Associate to work at the front desk of our hotel. Previous hotel experience preferred, but will train the right applicant. Duties will include checking guests in and out, making reservations, answering multiple phone lines, addressing guest issues in a professional manner, able to multitask varying tasks. Looking for someone who is dependable, has a degree of comprehension on hotel functionality, can remain professional and pleasant at all times, able to wear a uniform and present themselves in a tidy and clean cut fashion. Able to work a daylight OR evening shift. Able to work unsupervised.
