Job Title: Cage Technician
Department: Cage/Vault
Reports To: Cage Technician Supervisor
This role requires flexibility. Candidates must be willing and able to work variable shifts, Swing or Graveyard, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Summary
Provides technical and operational support of ticket redemption machines, automated teller machines
(ATM), automated check machines (ACM) and other Cage Department machinery.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One year certificate in electronics from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training in electronics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cash handling experience or previous cashiering experience preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer hardware and software; troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
Other Qualifications
Must have excellent customer service skills. Must possess basic math skills. Must present a well-groomed appearance and be able to work harmoniously with co-workers and management personnel.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
