Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor!

Full-Time | Thackerville, OK

$23 - $25 per hour DOE

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for problem-solving and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who’s ready to take charge of hotel maintenance operations and ensure everything from guest rooms to the swimming pool is in top-notch condition. If you have a knack for fixing things, love a good challenge, and enjoy working with a team, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues throughout the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance and inspections to keep everything in great working order
  • Maintain hotel grounds and building exterior—think landscaping, snow removal, painting, and more
  • Service and maintain the hotel pool, including cleaning and chemical management
  • Collaborate with department leaders and respond quickly to internal maintenance needs
  • Help maintain brand standards and follow up on any inspection items
  • Assist in hiring and training new maintenance team members
  • Prioritize safety by following all risk management and fire/safety guidelines
  • Be a team player, jumping in where needed and delivering outstanding service to both guests and coworkers

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 to 5 years of general maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair
  • Ability to identify and resolve safety or maintenance concerns quickly and effectively
  • A solid understanding of hotel operations and how each department connects
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, as needed
  • A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
