Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour plus bonus, Full-Time
3pm-11pm, WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guest and staff in a professional manner.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
