KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reservation Rockstars: This energetic crew makes every call a pleasant one, greeting guests and team members with a friendly tone and ensuring that each booking runs smoothly from greeting to confirmation. Every reservation is in the hands of a pro!
• Guest Happiness Gurus: From answering questions with care to resolving concerns with creative solutions, these team members are all about turning every visit into a positive experience. No request is too small, and guest smiles are always their goal.
• Organization Wizards: They keep the workplace spotless, shelves stocked, and every detail in perfect order. Whether entering information or juggling multiple tasks, these wizards make sure nothing is missed and everything looks magical.
• Spa Ambassadors: Full of passion for all things spa, this team knows every treatment, service, and product. They love sharing their knowledge, recommending the perfect service, and making sure every guest discovers something delightful.
• Leadership Legends: Guiding and supporting their peers, the Leadership Legends inspire the team, help set and achieve goals, and ensure the spa keeps reaching new heights. Their encouragement is the secret to everyone's success.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of relevant experience; strong organizational, communication, and computer skills required.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments; independently prioritize tasks and support spa operations and guest services.
• Serve as Millennium system specialist, assisting with staff training and ensuring proper data entry procedures.
• Support management with monthly inventory, sales tracking, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
