The Role

At Hotel Heron, your day isn’t confined to paperwork behind a desk. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll collaborate on strategies to deliver unforgettable experiences. Your expertise in Banquets and F&B operations is vital, as is your willingness to engage hands-on in daily operations while steering toward long-term goals. Leadership here means working collaboratively, able to lead from the front lines as well as from above.
What You Will Do
- Drive sales activities to meet and surpass goals
- Shape and partake in the annual budget planning
- Build active, professional relationships with clients, vital in generating leads
- Negotiate adeptly with clients to maximize revenue and meet their needs
- Ensure seamless communication across hotel departments to fulfill client expectations
- Strategize and support special sales, promotions, and client events
- Actively participate in the local community, enhancing the hotel’s image
