You ensure that our world-class chefs have the tools they need and our guests have sparkling china, glassware, and silver for every meal.

Your Impact: Precision & Sanitation

You are responsible for the cleanliness of our kitchens and the professional handling of our service-ware across all resort outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanitation Leadership: Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in the dish room, kitchen aisles, and back dock areas.
  • Service-Ware Care: Expertly break down trays, operate the dish machine, and wash, sort, and store all china, glass, and silver using approved luxury procedures.
  • Deep Cleaning: Thoroughly clean dock areas, dumpsters, freight elevators, tile walls, and baseboards to meet 4-Diamond standards.
  • Equipment Stewardship: Break down, clean, and reassemble dish machines daily; ensure all breakdown tables and workstations are spotless.
  • Waste Management: Manage trash removal, including washing containers inside and out to ensure a pest-free and fresh environment.

What You Bring to the Team

  • The "Team First" Mindset: A self-starting personality with an even disposition and a willingness to "pitch in" wherever help is needed.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Communication: Basic oral and written communication skills in English to follow instructions and interact with the team.
  • Professionalism: Maintain resort grooming standards and wear required slip-and-oil-resistant safety footwear.
  • Requirements: * Minimum age: 18+
    • Current Food Handler’s Certificate required.
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
