Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Movement: Provide top-tier professional fitness classes and personal training sessions that are safe, effective, and tons of fun.
• Be the Expert: Maintain total knowledge of all spa and fitness offerings. Educate guests on health, nutrition, and exercise while helping them find the perfect program or package.
• Elevate the Environment: Keep the energy high and the facility pristine. Properly care for equipment and ensure the fitness center is clean, organized, and ready for action.
• Guest Connection: Handle questions and concerns with professional "Texas Hospitality," providing immediate and accurate responses to all guest requests.
• Promote the Lifestyle: Actively share the latest spa treatments, retail products, and fitness promotions with members and guests.
• Team Synergy: Attend staff meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone wins.
