What will you do?

  • Supervise kitchen porters to ensure safe working practices and cleanliness pre, during, and post events, as well as conducting daily and weekly inspections
  • Support the kitchen team and chefs, as well as expedite orders, implementing back-of-house standard operating procedures, ensuring high-quality orders are delivered accurately to guests
  • Support with recruitment, training, welcome days, and other activities, as well as
  • Manage the equipment budget, sourcing materials, tracking stock, and attending trade shows, building strong supplier relationships
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
