The Role: General Manager

As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You’ll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders
  • Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs
  • Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction
  • Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety
  • Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives
  • Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team
  • Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)

About Ruiz McDonald's

Nolan and Francis Ruiz are carrying on the family tradition of owning and operating McDonald’s franchises. The brothers traveled from their hometown of Sacramento, California, and settled in the Gateway to the West in 2015. Nolan is the Owner and Operator of FF&G LC, “Feeding people through Faith, Fortitude, and Generosity”, which includes 33 McDonald’s locations in the greater St. Louis area. Francis is the Owner and Operator of DOM Enterprises which includes 5 locations in St. Louis and Illinois.
