Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Busser/Restaurant Attendant for Le Petit Chef's immersive dining experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
⦁ Ensure restaurant is properly set and well-stocked for Le Petit Chef dinner operations prior to opening
⦁ Be knowledgeable of menu, hotel, and Le Petit Chef dining experience
⦁ Welcome guests & provide polished top-notch service
⦁ Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
⦁ Ensure tables are cleared, bussed, and turned over in a timely fashion to always maintain clean and professional image of the hotel and minimize wait times for guests to be seated
⦁ Collaborate with Servers & Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency of operations and guest satisfaction
⦁ Tidy & reset restaurant between each course
⦁ Assist with opening and closing tasks
⦁ Complete cleaning duties
⦁ Complete other restaurant duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
⦁ Friendly and outgoing personality
⦁ Self-starter and takes initiative
⦁ Excellent team player
⦁ Works well under pressure and able to multitask
⦁ Flexible schedule, able to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
⦁ One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
⦁ Ability to work 6 to 8 hours on your feet at a time & lift up to 50 lbs
Bilingualism in English & French is considered an asset.
