Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with staff. Must be able to follow and give written and/or oral directions.

Training and Experience: 2 years experience in office administration, to include secretarial skills and computer competence; 2 years working in scheduling and programming; CPR training required.

Job Knowledge: Must have working knowledge of office administration. Must posses good organizational and communication skills. Must have an ability to work in a busy area giving guests and members attentive and professional customer service.

Job Summary: Prepare the Spa guests’ daily schedule and arrange spa service appointments. Assure a pleasant visit for each guest and personal attention to each guest. Work in a safe manner and provide a safe working area.

Physical Abilities: Must be able to work on feet, moving about at a quick pace for several hours at a time. Must have a friendly, congenial personality, cooperative attitude, and willingness to work. Be a patient courteous listener and be able to show empathy. Must exhibit energy and enthusiasm for the job and the facility. Must be ale to work well with others.

1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.

2. Must arrive to work on time, consistently.

3. Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.

4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.

5. Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.

6. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.

7. Develop and ensure highest standards of appearance and cleanliness of The Spa.

8. Greet member and guest by name whenever possible.

9. Communicate frequently with the members to ensure their total satisfaction and to obtain their feedback, following up on observations, suggestions and any complaints.

10. Know and ensure that current Membership and general rules and polices are implemented and complied with in the course of the Spa operations.

11. Prepares a daily, weekly, and monthly appointment schedules for guest and staff.

12. Prepares a daily summary report of the number of services performed for the Spa Manager and Spa Director.

13. Become knowledgeable of all safety and sanitation standards appropriate to the performance of the job.

14. Prepares the appointment/scheduling departments supplies list daily.

15. Maintain the supplies for the department.

16. Stay updated on the latest developments pertinent to the department and becomes well versed and trained in their usage.

17. Becomes cross-trained in all functions of the scheduling, retaining, payment procedures and opening/ closing procedures.

18. Conduct tours of the facility.

19. Maintain effective guest relations.

20. Performs special projects delegated by the Spa Manager Spa Director.

21. Perform and follow up on any other assigned by the Spa Manager or Spa Director.
