Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through proactive business development, strategic account management, and exceptional client service. This role is ideal for a hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.

• Proactively generate new business through direct sales, prospecting, networking, and property tours

• Manage corporate and travel agency room sales

• Develop and execute strategic action plans aligned with the hotel’s business objectives

• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities

• Conduct daily sales calls and coordinate site inspections

• Maintain 24-hour response time on all sales inquiries and leads

• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, corporate rate programs, and client correspondence

• Partner closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure pricing strategies meet financial goals

• Build strong working relationships with Front Office and Operations teams

• Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and industry functions

• Actively manage key accounts and repeat business

• Track and update sales goals and performance metrics quarterly

• Participate in department and hotel leadership meetings

• Support team development through coaching, performance evaluation, and training insights

• Ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction and service excellence

• Minimum of 5 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience

• Proven success in corporate and group sales

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits

• Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with revenue, operations, and front desk teams

• Proficient with CRM, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
