We’re hunting for a hustler — the kind who:
✨ Owns their accounts like a VIP guest list
✨ Prospects daily because opportunity never sleeps
✨ Talks the talk and walks the walk (preferably in stylish shoes)
✨ Knows how to turn “maybe” into “booked and busy”
✨ Thrives in government, business travel, group, and convention segments
✨ Represents like a boss at events, blitzes, & trade shows
You’ll be out there:
✔ Winning new business
✔ Growing existing accounts
✔ Showing off our spaces with tours so good guests don’t want to leave
✔ Keeping an eagle eye on DC competitors (👀 we see you!)
✔ Partnering with our hotel teams to deliver the wow
You’ll need:
🛎️ 2–4 years of hotel sales experience (Marriott / Hilton = bonus points)
🛎️ BT + Group sales chops
🛎️ Ability to multitask like a pro
🛎️ Skills in systems like Delphi / STS / PMS
🛎️ Strong communication skills — smart, friendly, and always on brand
