We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Lead. This role is available for 7:00am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:00pm shifts. As a Front Desk Lead, you will set the standard for guest service while supporting front desk operations and serving as a resource for the team. You will ensure the highest level of service is delivered in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead front desk operations during assigned shifts
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily
• Maximize daily room sales and support upselling efforts
• Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, including group reservations, special requests, room assignments, and guest amenities
• Balance room types in the system and monitor designated requirements and requests
• Review front office logbook and guest feedback daily
• Support and mentor front desk team members
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Hotel front desk experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• Ability to work AM or PM shifts
