Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Engineer III to lead complex projects and ensure the overall operational reliability of hotel facilities. This senior role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments for optimal property performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage major repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute property improvements.
Requirements
- Required to be available overnight on Saturday and Sunday.
- Extensive experience in hotel, commercial, or industrial engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
