Brand new Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown has an immediate opening for a dependable, outgoing, guest orientated Full Time Night Auditor to manage the Front Desk during overnight hours. Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown is Hilton's newest Lifestyle hotel in the heart of Music City.

• Guardian of the Night: Take charge of the hotel’s accounting during the overnight hours, ensuring every transaction is processed correctly. Your sharp attention to detail safeguards our brand and helps prevent liability and fraud.
• Master of Balance: Audit, balance, post, and report the financial activities from the front desk to the dining areas, ensuring everything ticks like a well-oiled machine. Reset all registers for a fresh start each evening.
• Data Dynamo: Provide crucial performance data to room management, helping paint a clear picture of nightly operations.
• Final Checker: Run the night audit final with the precision of a seasoned conductor, making sure all revenue is harmoniously in balance.
• Guest Guru: Be the face of Hilton at night, attending to guest needs with a smile that’s as welcoming as Nashville’s famous hospitality.

Are you ready to step up? We’re looking for someone with a high school education or equivalent experience, with an accounting background preferred but not mandatory. You should be detail-oriented, adept at managing facts and figures, and comfortable using various office software and a cash register. Strong communication skills are a must, as is the ability to occasionally lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
