Description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional Lounge Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow in the lounge. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

  • Manage guest flow to ensure proper seating for servers.

  • Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests.

  • Take to-go orders as needed.

  • Assist with table setting and dining room maintenance during peak periods.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with strong communication skills.
