Job Requirements
Three years of experience working in a professional kitchen to include staff supervision, ordering and inventory control, equipment use and maintenance as well as banquet set-up.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent Club to public health agencies
- Provide liaison with related departments for equipment and supply provision
- Supervise set up of banquet functions with utility staff
- Maintain equipment and facility in productive, clean and safe condition
- Train, schedule and supervise staff
Compensation
- Commensurate with experience
