Description

Responsabilidades:

  • Limpiar y preparar las habitaciones asignadas de manera puntual y organizada, siguiendo los procedimientos y estándares del hotel.
  • Mantener un carrito de ropa de cama ordenado, limpio y bien surtido.
  • Informar sobre cualquier desperfecto en las habitaciones, como grifos, cerraduras, televisores o sistemas de aire acondicionado.
  • Mantener la seguridad del equipo, las llaves y los suministros asignados.
  • Reportar los objetos perdidos y encontrados a su supervisor.
  • Atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera amable y oportuna.

    Requisitos:

  • Se valorará la experiencia previa en limpieza o en el sector hotelero.
  • Gran atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades de organización.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • Capacidad física para realizar tareas de limpieza y levantar/transportar suministros o equipos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.

    Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
  • Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
  • Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
  • Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

    Qualifications:

  • Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies or equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.
