The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Lead Retail Workers to join our team at the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As Lead Retail Worker, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities and performance of team members in your specific department.

What will you do?

  • Lead, motivate, and support Retail Cashiers
  • Open and close retail locations as directed
  • Train new Retail Cashiers on POS, merchandising standards, and customer engagement
  • Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations
  • Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Regularly evaluate and maintain visual merchandising standards

More about you

  • 1-3 years of retail experience; prior leadership or key-holder experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible availability; Must be able to work game days and events

Physical requirements

  • Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
