We are seeking a skilled Line Cooks to join our team for diner service. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, food safety, and meal preparation in various culinary settings such as catering, restaurants, or fine dining establishments.

PM Shift - full time.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

- Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with the culinary team to provide excellent dining experiences

Qualifications:

- 1-2 yrs minimum experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant position

- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques

- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation

- Understanding of food safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food service operations
