As a Resort Engineer at Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak, you are responsible for the overall upkeep and repair of the resort. You proactively inspect and repair areas of the building’s exterior HVAC roof top units, boilers/chillers, public areas, fitness center, kitchens and guest rooms. In this particular role, your trade focus is on maintaining our electrical needs. There is a large amount of guest service needed as you respond and resolve any guest issues with great communication and skills. The most important characteristic of our team is that we love inspiring lasting memories for our guests. In this position, you exhibit excellence in your commitment to our guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Climbing, reading, standing, walking and routinely lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs. Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments.

Safety & Security:
The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
