We are seeking an experienced and motivated Banquet Captain to lead event service teams and ensure flawless execution of banquets, meetings, and special events. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating service, and acting as the main on-site point of contact to deliver exceptiona
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise banquet servers during events

  • Ensure room setups match Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

  • Coordinate service timing with kitchen and bar teams

  • Greet clients and serve as the main contact during events

  • Train, coach, and support banquet staff

  • Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally

  • Complete post-event reports and communicate feedback to management

Qualifications

  • Prior banquet or hospitality leadership experience required

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
