Job Summary:
Assist in overseeing administrative functions of the department to ensure a pleasant dining and
beverage experience for all our guests while maintaining a positive demeanor and pleasant
attitude towards all guests and team members.


Essential Functions:
1) Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations
and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
2) Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding
to guest and team member concerns and questions.
3) Supervise day-to-day activities of team members to include performance reviews, rewards,
discipline, time and attendance, scheduling, shift bids, training, plan work, assign work,
direct work, address complaints and resolve issues.
4) Complete required daily financial tools and reports.
5) Assist in working with Finance and IT to ensure that all revenues are captured and reported
accurately.
6) Assist and keeps track of the inventory programs of the department.
7) Assist with labor control, menu engineering and financial reporting.
8) Periodically check on guests to ensure their service needs are met.
9) Ensure that all maintenance faults and any accidents or incidents are reported to the proper
personnel immediately.
10) Ensure that venues are properly stocked.
11) Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure guest satisfaction.
12) Assist in the training of front-of-the-house personnel.
13) Responsible for the knowledge of all TABC laws, ordinance, and implementation of these
requirements, and ensure TABC certification of all required staff.
14) Responsible for covering a shift when a team member is unable to report for work or finds
coverage to keep venues operating to job standards.
15) Cover breaks for all front of the house team members when necessary.
16) When working as a cash handling team member, all requirements/job duties from a
cashier/bartender will apply. Must take out till from Cage and turn in till at the end of the
shift. Must balance out and turn in any cash equivalent slips with balance sheet attached to
the Revenue Audit drop box.
17) Check front-of-the-house areas ensuring these locations have been swept, mopped, sanitized
and that all equipment is clean and organized.
18) Checking that all bars are clean and all items are in their designated place.
19) Check out keys to open and close bars.
20) Check out cigarette keys to open cigarette machines when there are problems with the
machine or in need of restocking.
21) Ensure all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized before closing each shift.
22) Maintain and enforce health department guidelines and sanitation practices.
23) Promptly and professionally handle guest issues and communicate problems and concerns to
department managers.
24) When necessary will assist with the checking in and storing of products when delivered.
25) Recommend ideas for improvements for turnover and profitability to management.
26) Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
27) Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.
28) Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.
29) Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31
requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money
Laundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed.

31) Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements to Qualifications:
1) Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
2) Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification.
3) Must have experience in cash handling.
4) Minimum three (3) years' experience in both restaurant and beverage operations.
5) Experience with accounting principles for conducting inventories and financial reporting,
preferred.
6) Gaming industry experience, preferred.
7) Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language
skills a plus.

Other Criteria:
Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native American
preference is observed.

13) Ability to follow and comply with established Casino guest service programs.


Physical Demands:
1) While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand,
sit, walk, push, pull, climb and bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk
and listen on a regular basis.
2) The team member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods.
3) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral
vision and depth perception.
4) The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person or using
telecommunications equipment.
5) The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a
keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone and calculator.
6) Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.


Work Environment:
1) Casino floor, back of the house and normal office setting.
2) Frequent walking and standing in a smoke filled environment and frequent contact with the
general public.
3) Temperature controlled environment with varying noise levels. May be exposed to high
levels of noise throughout the day.
4) Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required including nights, weekends and
holidays.
5) Must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.
6) May be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guests
and extremely irate staff members.
7) May be exposed to various types of lighting including, but not limited to: artificial
fluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, multiple colored lights, etc.
8) Travel may be required to perform one or more essential functions of this position.


Conditions of Employment:
1) Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful
completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license. Responsible to
keep all documents current and valid at all times.
2) Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
3) Must be at least 18 years of age.
4) Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
5) Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming regulations
set within KLEC.
