Position Summary

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring all hotel linens and towels, are cleaned, organized, and presented to Hilton standards. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll work closely with housekeeping and hotel leadership to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens, towels, and bedding.
• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times
• Follow Hilton brand standards, safety guidelines, and proper chemical handling procedures
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily hotel operations
• Manage laundry inventory and help ensure adequate supply levels
• Work efficiently to meet daily operational demands and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
