What will you do?

• Perform routine hotel maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry
• Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
• Pool and Hot tub care
• Fix clogged drains, faulty outlets, noisy HVAC units, or door/lock problems
• Maintain the outside areas of properties, snow shoveling, trash removal, ect.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety measures
• Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
• Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
• Work as a Team with any other duties assigned

More about you

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum two years’ experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facility required
• A valid driver’s license
• A resume is required to be condsidered for this positon.

Physical requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, pushing and pulley and repetitive movements for length of shift
• Possible exposure to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
• Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling
• Standing and walking 100% of the time
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
