Restaurant Bartenders are the face of our steakhouse bar experience, delivering warm hospitality, craft expertise, and high-energy service to both hotel guests and local patrons. This role is perfect for someone friendly, fast-paced, and thrives while multitasking in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Our bartenders provide attentive, engaging, and elevated beverage service while maintaining strong knowledge of classic cocktails, steakhouse pairings, wine selections, and featured specials. Experience using POS systems such as Toast (or similar restaurant software) is essential for efficiency and accuracy.

The primary responsibility of a Restaurant Bartender is to create memorable guest experiences, exceed expectations, and support the overall vision of our steakhouse and hotel brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare the bar for service by cleaning guest and service areas, stocking glassware, garnishes, liquor, wine, beer, and bar supplies.
• Accurately ring in food and beverage orders using POS systems (such as Toast), process payments, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, and prepare specialty drinks to recipe specifications with speed and consistency.
• Recommend wine, bourbon, and cocktail pairings that complement our steakhouse menu offerings.
• Provide attentive, friendly service while managing multiple guests, bar seats, and service tickets simultaneously.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service and at closing.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards for responsible beverage service.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and team members to support smooth operations.
• Complete side work, opening and closing duties, and additional responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Energetic, personable, and hospitality-driven personality.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced steakhouse or fine dining environment.
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred).
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, bourbon, and steakhouse beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-volume service.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently behind the bar.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift.
• Frequently lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction and movement.
