Are you passionate about creating great experiences for others? As a server in our food service outlets, you’ll often be the first—or last—interaction our guests have during their visit. Your warm smile and positive attitude help set the tone for their entire experience.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional guest service. If you’re proactive, personable, and take pride in being dependable, we want to hear from you! At Concord Hospitality, we believe in fostering a supportive and respectful workplace where everyone is valued.

Pay: $10.98 per hour + tips

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service by presenting and serving our delicious menu items to guests.

  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even during high-volume or unexpected situations

  • Make sound decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

  • Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and well-organized

  • Demonstrate reliable and punctual attendance

  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Engage with and understand our guests, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
