Description
Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly and professional Lounge Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow in the lounge. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Manage guest flow to ensure proper seating for servers.
Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests.
Take to-go orders as needed.
Assist with table setting and dining room maintenance during peak periods.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong communication skills.
