This role will be responsible for overseeing food & beverage operations in the hotel, with a primary emphasis on the two-story restaurant, bar, & coffee shop - Junie's Drink + Graze.
A successful candidate will have a robust background in casual fine dining food and beverage management, preferably with full-service restaurants or bars, armed with a four-year college degree or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry. Advanced knowledge and certifications in food safety, and alcoholic beverage service are crucial, as are outstanding communication skills in English (a second language is a plus!). Proficiency in using modern business tools and software is essential, ensuring you can navigate our fast-paced environment smoothly. A satisfactory knowledge of beverage management is preferred.
