Primary Responsibilities
- Ability to greet and serve all guests in a professional, engaging and energetic manner
- Learn and possess a proficient knowledge of hotel food and cocktail menus
- Build professional relationships with all guests
- Make suggestions for order choices
- Learn and execute all food, alcohol and safety policies and laws.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
Skills/Experience
- Guest service experience preferred

- Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of shift.
