Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards by meticulously preparing and cleaning guest rooms.
• Perform essential tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Stock your housekeeping cart with necessary supplies for seamless service delivery.
• Promptly report room statuses and maintenance needs to the team.
• Engage with guests warmly, responding to their requests with professionalism.
• Safeguard key security and handle lost and found items per hotel procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services preferred.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to guest delight.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds independently.
• Endurance to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
