About Magna Capital Management

Magna Capital Management is a privately held real estate investment firm focused exclusively on the lodging sector. The hotel industry’s fragmented ownership, capital intensity, operational complexity, and human-resource demands create a wide range of attractive investment opportunities. We use our deep expertise and relationships to unlock value through development, operational enhancements, and strategic repositioning.

Unlike many hotel investment firms, we manage every stage of the investment lifecycle in-house. This includes sourcing opportunities, performing comprehensive due diligence, structuring and capitalizing transactions through our fully discretionary funds, executing tailored business plans, and ultimately managing dispositions. By controlling both strategy and execution, we can ensure strong alignment with investor objectives and consistent value creation.

With a premier portfolio exceeding $3 billion in hotel real estate under management, we are committed to delivering superior returns while upholding the highest standards of integrity, stewardship, and operational excellence.
