First Hospitality is seeking a Director, Field Technology Operations, to serve as the operational leader for technology across our hotel and restaurant portfolio. This role serves as the Chief Technology Officer’s primary partner in executing the field technology strategy, ensuring that property technology environments remain reliable, responsive, and aligned with the operational needs of our hotels and restaurants.
This role is designed for a strong operator who can serve as the Chief Technology Officer’s day-to-day partner in leading field technology operations across the portfolio. The Director, Field Technology Operations will have meaningful influence over vendor performance, operational standards, field execution, and property technology priorities, making this an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to drive real impact across a growing hospitality platform.

The Director leads vendor performance drives resolution of complex operational issues, and ensures disciplined execution of technology initiatives across openings, transitions, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
This position plays a critical role in protecting operational continuity, supporting associate productivity, and delivering dependable technology experiences for both guests and property teams.
The Director, Field Technology Operations, leads technology operations across First Hospitality’s hotel and restaurant portfolio, ensuring that property technology environments remain stable, responsive, and aligned with operational priorities. This role owns vendor performance across the field technology ecosystem, establishing clear expectations around service quality, responsiveness, and issue resolution while holding partners accountable for consistent delivery. Acting as the senior operational authority for complex or business-critical technology issues, the Director works across vendors, property teams, and brand technology organizations to diagnose problems, coordinate solutions, and drive timely resolution when standard support channels fall short.
The Director also directs the execution of technology initiatives across the portfolio, including hotel openings, brand transitions, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, hardware deployments, connectivity improvements, and vendor transitions. This leader builds and manages project plans, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures initiatives are delivered with discipline and minimal disruption to hotel operations. Working directly with executive operations leadership and property teams, the role aligns technology priorities with operational performance, identifies recurring issues, and strengthens operational standards, support processes, and documentation. The Director also partners with the Chief Technology Officer to shape the evolution of the field technology strategy and operations, providing operational insights into vendor performance, lifecycle planning, infrastructure improvements, and investment priorities that support the continued growth and reliability of the First Hospitality technology environment.
