Responsibilities: The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily operations, including training and developing F&B team, managing orders and inventory, and stepping in to assist with cashier and barista duties. This hands-on leadership position helps ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for both our guests and team members. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as F&B Supervisor in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
• Four-year degree from college/technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Culinary Operations Management
• Team Leadership and Development
• Menu Development and Cost Control
• Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Vendor and Supplier Management
• Banquet and Catering background preferred
• Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
• Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• T.I.P.S. and ServSafe Certified.
