Seeking a detail oriented and well organized maintenance technician to help ensure property condition is maintained.
Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, Full-Time
7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Hampton Inn South Kingstown. This position is full-time, morning, evening and weekend scheduling availability preferred. This position is responsible for:

  • Assisting Chief Engineer with day-to-day tasks to ensure hotel is in good repair. 
  • Communicating between the front desk and housekeeping team to ensure all conditional repairs are thoroughly documented.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Setting up meeting spaces in coordination with sales as outlined on the diagram. 

Ideal candidates have previous experience with basic maintenance responsibilities. This position is a physically demanding position and requires the ability to stand, bend and lift regularly.
