We are seeking a dependable, high-energy Barback / Bar Support team member who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role supporting the bar, assisting with light food prep, and helping with service during peak times.

What You’ll Do:

• Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, storage, and service areas

• Assist with glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar prep

• Provide light food preparation (simple menu items, plating, and basic kitchen support)

• Assist with running food and drinks to guests as needed

• Help maintain overall flow of service during high-volume periods

• Support opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy with a strong sense of urgency

• Team-first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Ability to multitask across bar, kitchen support, and guest service

• Comfortable in a fast-paced rooftop/bar environment

• Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required

• Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred
