  • Ammunition Handling: Manage the transport and staging of ammunition (transport/staging only; no weapon operation unless specifically certified and authorized).
  • Hazard Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate environmental risks, including vehicle movement, terrain hazards, and noise exposure.
  • PPE Enforcement: Ensure the consistent use of required ear and eye protection for both members and staff within designated zones.
  • Accountability: Immediately report all unsafe acts, near-misses, or equipment malfunctions to management per company and OSHA protocols.

Employment Standards

  • Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, outdoor recreation, or elite sporting environments is preferred.
  • Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a sophisticated membership with professionalism and discretion.
  • License Requirement: A valid driver’s license is required for the operation of club vehicles.
  • Attributes: Must be exceptionally reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a "safety-first" mindset.

Physical & Environmental Demands
