HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $20.27 as a Front Desk Agent / $21.27 as a Night Auditor

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our welcoming team. This position includes working 2-night audit (graveyard) shifts and 2–3 front desk (PM / graveyard) shifts per week. What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional service from the moment they make a reservation to the time they check out.
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns with care and urgency—helping to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
  • Promote and sell guest rooms, dining experiences, and seasonal hotel offers, helping guests make the most of their visit.
  • Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions, balancing reports, and preparing financial summaries for management.
  • Monitor and work with hotel security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours.
  • Set up the next day’s operations by preparing reports, updating systems, and assisting with early check-ins or wake-up calls as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Open availability for 2-night audit (graveyard) shifts and 2–3 front desk (graveyard) shifts per week, including weekends (Monday–Sunday)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of hotel front desk, guest service, and night audit experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience required
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
  • Relevant military experience is a plus
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check
