As a growing, innovative hotel management company, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Director of Revenue to lead top-line performance across our diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned revenue professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strong market insight, and is passionate about driving measurable results.

Position Summary

The Corporate Director of Revenue is a key member of the Somnium leadership team, responsible for maximizing revenue performance across the portfolio through strategic pricing, distribution, and demand optimization.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven ability to develop independent forecasts and implement data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives. This leader will partner closely with property teams and executive leadership to drive performance, enhance market positioning, and elevate commercial strategy execution.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Strategy & Performance

  • Drive market share growth through strategic pricing, segmentation, and distribution optimization
  • Develop and execute forward-looking strategies across a rolling 365-day horizon
  • Monitor demand trends, pace, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy calls and guide performance discussions across properties

Forecasting, Analysis & Commercial Planning

  • Develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue plans aligned with ownership goals
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Leverage tools such as Demand360, Lighthouse, STR, and other analytics platforms

Distribution & Channel Optimization

  • Optimize channel mix across brand.com, OTAs, GDS, and third-party platforms
  • Partner with brand/franchise systems to maximize visibility and positioning
  • Manage negotiated rates and ensure accuracy across all distribution channels

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Front Office teams to drive revenue outcomes
  • Support group pricing strategies, cut-off management, and yield optimization
  • Partner with Front Office leaders to enhance upselling and conversion strategies

Team Development & Leadership

  • Mentor and develop property-level revenue and operations teams
  • Provide education, coaching, and strategic direction to strengthen commercial acumen
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Digital & Commercial Initiatives

  • Oversee online positioning, reputation management alignment, and e-commerce strategies
  • Build relationships with OTA market managers to enhance placement and performance
  • Contribute to broader commercial and marketing initiatives across the portfolio

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hotel revenue management experience, including Director-level leadership or above
  • Proven success driving revenue growth across branded, independent, and boutique hotels
  • Strong experience with Hilton and/or Marriott systems required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue management tools
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, underwriting, and market analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently while influencing across a multi-property organization
