Compensation: $135,000 to $165,000 per year plus bonus, Full-Time

About this role…
We’re looking for a bold, culture-driven leader to take the reins at Tempo Louisville, Hilton’s first-ever Tempo hotel located in the heart of the city’s trendiest neighborhood—NuLu (New Louisville). This isn't your average GM gig—this is your chance to shape an energetic, design-forward hotel that blends bourbon culture, artful spaces, wellness-focused amenities, and rooftop vibes.

As General Manager, you'll set the tone for the entire guest and associate experience. From room operations and F&B to sales strategy and team development, you’ll lead with intention, creativity, and a little swagger. You'll collaborate with our corporate team to drive revenue, champion a people-first culture, and ensure this Tempo is always on beat.

  • Drive top-line revenue through collaboration with sales and revenue leaders.
  • Keep expenses in check with savvy purchasing and budgeting.
  • Champion a workplace culture that’s inclusive, welcoming, and rooted in excellence.
  • Be the face and voice of the hotel—connecting with guests, solving problems, and creating memorable stays.
  • Lead with presence, purpose, and a healthy dose of hospitality swagger.

Success Factors…
Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years in hotel leadership (brand experience preferred)
  • Involvement in sales/revenue management a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Skills:

  • Stellar verbal & written communication
  • Confident in MS Office and hotel tech platforms
  • Can hold your own in fast-paced, guest-facing moments
  • Fluent in the hotel’s primary language (and the language of great service)
