Join our team as Spa Manager!

As Spa Manager, you help create a welcoming, tranquil environment where wellness meets hospitality. Supporting the Director, you oversee all aspects of the spa, ensuring guests enjoy relaxing experiences and associates thrive. You manage the Front Desk and cleaning teams, coordinating their efforts for spotless spaces and friendly greetings. You contribute ideas for budgeting, marketing, and business strategy, guiding operations to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional spa journey.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Guest Experience Gurus: We greet every guest and Associate with a smile, handling requests with friendly efficiency and always upholding the hotel’s commitment to superior service.
• Operations Rockstars: From managing day-to-day functions to supporting retail initiatives and keeping things organized, we ensure the spa runs smoothly and safely.
• Team Builders: We foster morale, motivate Associates, and hold one-on-ones, making sure our team is always at its best.
• Master Planners: Strategic staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and budget planning keep our operations on point, no matter the season.
• Policy Protectors: We follow all safety, security, and company policies, keeping the hotel confidential and everyone secure.
• Meeting Mavens: Whether it’s attending meetings, joining committees, or traveling for conferences, we stay connected and informed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years in club management.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, income statement analysis, fitness programming, front desk operations, and driving sales or memberships.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and handle multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in problem-solving, assimilating and adjusting diverse data, and effectively addressing concerns from guests and colleagues.
• Competent in financial analysis, understanding data, and applying basic arithmetic functions.
