What will you do?
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skill and performance
- Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, organise rotation, and order as necessary
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
- No degree required
- Previous related experience is beneficial
- Skills in verbal and written communication, attention to detail, time management, as well as basic maths to accurately monitor cash and inventory
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
- Availability to work throughout the summer concert season
