Description

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $20.09 Overtime Eligible + Tips

This position requires working weekends, holidays and a flexible AM/PM schedule. Opening shifts start at 5:30am and closing shifts end at 4:00pm.

The Sacramento Marriott in Rancho Cordova is a premier full-service hotel offering 14,000 sq ft of meeting space with comprehensive catering capabilities. Our 265-room property has just completed a full top-to-bottom renovation. Centrally located between Sacramento and Folsom, we enjoy easy freeway and light‑rail access. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service through meaningful customer connections
  • Prepare and serve high-quality, handcrafted beverages and food to Starbucks standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational routines
  • Support store goals and drive results tied to customer, partner, and business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous Starbucks or Barista experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • California Food Handler Card required
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
