  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain a robust account database.
  • Report insightful market trends and competitor activities to the Director of Sales.
  • Contribute to monthly forecasting, influencing strategic decisions.

Collaborate for Excellence

  • Partner with front desk and operations for unparalleled guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with revenue management to refine pricing and availability strategies.
  • Champion marketing promotions and embody Marriott’s brand initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Bring your B2B sales experience to the forefront, driving transformational results.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Build enduring client relationships with finesse.
  • Preferably, possess knowledge of hotel PMS and Marriott systems.
  • Be self-motivated and target-driven, ready to seize opportunities.
  • 3–4 years in hotel or hospitality sales, with corporate account experience as a distinct advantage.
