Houseman

Our vibrant and fast-paced Aloft Hotel in Delray Beach is looking for a reliable and energetic Houseman to support our housekeeping and operations teams in delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a Houseman, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, assisting housekeeping staff, and ensuring all public areas meet brand standards. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support housekeeping team with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces

• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests

• Assist with room readiness and special projects as needed

• Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stay active throughout shift

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the hotel.
