Hotel Operations Supervisor (Housekeeping Focus)

About the Role:

As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the heart of our back‑of‑house operations — coordinating housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen teams to ensure every guest enjoys the comfort and cleanliness they expect from Hampton. You’ll support daily operations, coach team members, manage supplies, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running with Hampton efficiency and heart.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hotel operations or supervisory experience 
• A hands‑on leader with a friendly, can‑do attitude
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine love for helping people succeed
• Bi-lingual is a big plus!
