What will you do?

• Cook food and package all products to proper specifications before and during unit operations 
• Properly measure and portion all food items, complying with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures 
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked 
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, and the freshness and quality of all menu items 
• Greet guests, take and fulfill food orders, and accept payment
• Operates golf cart and motor vehicle as necessary 

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
• A current food safety certification is required
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to use a mobile Wi-Fi POS system; training provided
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
